We’re recruiting for a brand new role as we prepare to expand our taskforce to help local SMEs manage their energy costs. We’re looking for someone who can develop our telephone-based service to deliver more savings to more businesses.

We’re recruiting for a brand new role as we prepare to expand our taskforce to help local SMEs manage their energy costs. We’re looking for someone who can develop our telephone-based service to deliver more savings to more businesses.

You will have a firm understanding of sales methodologies which you can use to coach and develop your team. You will be target driven and sales orientated, with high levels of motivation and a resilient and positive outlook.

Working with our in house IT team, you will be responsible for making sure call recording facilities are in place to support training. You will also be recruiting, onboarding and training new recruits as we prepare to expand this service significantly in the autumn.

We are looking for someone with good coaching skills who can align with our strong ethos of personal development and career progression. You will also be expected to drive sales performance, meet agreed KPIs and report on progress.

This role will be within our energy department and you will be monitoring energy markets and communicating market intelligence back to the team to help them in their roles.

Ideally you will have proven B2B telesales experience and at least 3 years’ telesales management experience.
